John Pack
Vice President of Marketing

John's career in print began on the night shift of one of Quality Colors 6 color presses. After a stint in the pressroom, he made his way into the shipping and receiving department and then into customer service where he managed key accounts. In the late 90's Quality Color made it's west coast debut. Soon after the facility in the Bay Area opened, John was relocated there to manage the entire operation.

As John cut his teeth on managing the many facets of Quality Color West, the main facility here in Elk Grove underwent tremendous growth. In 2002, John made the move back to IL to join his father in leading the company. He immediately got to the work of writing a quality manual and training on the "Best Practices" that make Quality Color what it is. Early in 2004 John finished the manual and accompanying training and he and Jeff were decidedly in need of leadership on the sales and marketing side of the business. After nearly 6 months of fruitless recruiting efforts, they agreed that this role was best leftto the family so John assumed the role of Vice President, Sales. Since then John has developed a unique value proposition that combines our tremendous array of capabilities with the finest assembly of people in all of print today. This message and approach to print has helped Quality Color become widely recognized as one of the biggest little shops in America.

John and his wife Rebecca have been happily married for five years and reside in Westmont.
